All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Refunds processed at any time will bear a service charge of AED 10 per transaction.

17 Nov 2018, Musandam Day Trip was excellent. Tour guide cum driver, Mr. Amjath has given us a good service during the trip. Snorkeling, Banana boat riding, Lunch and fishing were implemented as per tour itinerary and ontime. (Ade S.)

I would like to thank City One Tourism for a wonderful Musandam Tour last Sunday, 9 Dec 2018. Me and my family had an awesome day full of activities and tasty dishes to ensure we don't starve. The dhow cruise crews were very accommodating and were always ready for all our needs & even wants. The dhow itself was tidy. Musandam trip is different world a great escape from tensions, very enjoyable and relaxing place. Everyone must try at least once. From CityOne Amin was very friendly hospitable as well as very gentle person Raffique. Suggestion food and Music speakers should be little improve will be more efficient.

Went to Oman Musandam island trip, Their agent Amin is so attentive and accommodating. He was able to answer all my queries and answer them even when i sent my messages either in the morning or during the night. And after the trip was finish, Amin also follow up to check if our trip was enjoyable (this after sales service is really commendable, he was really caring you can feel the human touch (personable, friendly)). He also arrange a really nice car (which is also clean) to fit 6 persons ( 5 guests + the driver).

The driver Amjad Abdullatif is also really nice. He pick me up at exactly 7 Am from the pick up meeting place assigned to me, afterwards we pick all the other guest. The way he drives makes us feel safe (he' s knowledgeable with the UAE roads). He asked us beforehand to tell him if we want to stop over to buy some food stuffs as we are travelling outside the city. We passed by some landmarks, he called our attention to tell us some information about those. He reminded us what not to do when we are crossing the border. The trip is nice, we passed some other boats before reaching our boat, our driver was with us when we went to the island. you can swim, snorkel, kayaking, banana boat and fishing and enjoy the beauty of the nature.

What an amazing tour it is. We really enjoyed our Musandam trip yesterday. It was part of our friend's birthday celebration and was a successful getaway though. It's one of a kind experience to ride in the banana boat and do the snorkeling.

Thanks to Ms. Jade for assisting us in our bookings and made it so easily for us- hassle free booking(Online payment link really helps coz just within 5mins & our booking was done) :D. I took the Musandam Dibba tour and the Desert Safari tour through City One. Service was prompt and professional. For both tours they picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel. The cabs were spacious, with A/C and well maintained. Drivers also double up as guides. Mr Amjad and Mr Khalid, the drivers, were very courteous and filled me up on local tips. All trips can be booked via their site through credit cards and there were no hassles. I would definitely recommend City One to plan all your trips in the UAE.
