Full payment is required at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any booking where full payment has not been received 2 days prior to the activity's start. All payments must be made in the local currency — AED.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card payments via our website.

A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of completed payment — this serves as proof of booking. Failure to arrive at the designated location by the specified departure time is treated as a last-minute cancellation; no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any part of an activity at our sole discretion and without prior notice. This may result from factors beyond our control — weather, accidents, sickness, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. A full or partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

Prices are displayed in USD but charged in AED. Billing discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of the transaction; requests after this period will not be entertained. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are per person and exclude: tips, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, food & beverages, accommodation, room service, and laundry charges.

You acknowledge the potential risks of chosen activities and confirm you are physically and mentally capable of participating. Where we act as agent for third-party operators, their terms apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or death. All personal effects are at your sole risk.

Any disputes are governed by UAE Law. These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically; customers will be notified of significant changes.

City One Tourism provides professional assistance for: UAE Tourist Visa, UAE Transit Visa, UAE Visit Visa (Short Term & Long Term), and Visa Extensions (subject to eligibility), including urgent processing support where available.

Our experienced team reviews documents, checks completeness, prepares the application, and submits it through authorized systems. This helps reduce errors and avoid delays where possible. Final decisions are made only by immigration authorities.

Processing timelines vary by nationality and visa type and may change without notice due to immigration rules or system updates. We share the expected timeline at the time of submission and provide updates until a decision is issued.

Approved visas are shared via email and/or WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact details are correct to avoid delays in delivery.

Service charges are clearly communicated before processing. No hidden fees.
Government/immigration fees (if applicable) are separate. Express processing charges (if requested) are mentioned in advance.

Service fees are refundable only if the application is not processed. Once the application is submitted through authorized systems/channels, service fees become non-refundable.

Visa approval or rejection is decided solely by immigration authorities. Rejection does not qualify for a refund of processing/service charges once processing has begun or submission is completed.

In case of technical rejection before submission (e.g., missing information or incorrect format), we will help correct and re-check documents where possible. Additional charges may apply only if there is a change of visa type, new application requirement, or new third-party fee.

Processing times are estimates and may change due to immigration rules, holidays, system load, or additional verification. We will update you with any changes once communicated by the relevant channels.
